  • Pam Hawke

    Pam Hawke

    Lead Veterinary Surgeon

    MRCVS

    Since graduating from Glasgow University in 2007, Pam has worked in practices all over the world. She has, however, kept coming back to Wiltshire! Having been part of the Hale team for many years, she is delighted to be heading up the Nightingale out of hours team, putting her years of experience in emergency care to great use. Outside of work, her many pets keep her busy.

    Alison has been working as a small animal vet for over a decade, and has focused exclusively on emergency and critical care for the last few years. While she holds certificates in small animal medicine and emergency practice, she feels that raising her two boys has really taught her how to stay calm in stressful situations!

    Alison joined Hale Vet Group shortly after graduating from Bristol University in 2016, and went on to gain experience at several small animal practices and a large veterinary hospital in Gloucestershire. Since joining our team, she has started working towards a certificate in emergency and critical care. When she’s not working, she loves walking her dogs. 

  • Teodora Boaru

    Teodora Boaru

    Teodora graduated in 2016 and has a passion for ophthalmology and emergency medicine. When she’s not at our practice, spending time with her family or trading stocks and researching cryptocurrencies as part of her other career in finance, she loves swimming and taking care of her cats. 

  • Rachel Leese

    Rachel Leese

    Veterinary Nurse

    Rachel has been working as an out of hours veterinary nurse since 2017, during which time she worked at practices in and around Chippenham. She has been with Nightingale since we opened in 2023, and holds a certificate in emergency and critical care. She has three rescue cats, a dog and a snake at home, and enjoys gardening, reading and going to music festivals.

  • Terri Oliver

    Veterinary Nurse

    RVN

    Terri qualified as a registered veterinary nurse in 1975, and grew up surrounding by all types of animals, from rodents to horses. She has a keen interest in wildlife, and has taken care of many young and injured wildlife casualties over the years. In her own time, she loves looking after her own pets, walking her dogs, dancing, reading and writing. 

  • Lindy Bird

    Lindy Bird

    Veterinary Nurse

    Before joining us in 2023, Lindy worked as a qualified canine hydrotherapist. She has a keen interest in emergency care and rehabilitation, and loves getting to know our clients and their pets. She has a rescue dog called Elsa and a parrot called Mort, and enjoys reading, painting, horse riding and volunteering for a chicken rescue in her spare time.

    Sarah worked as a kennel assistant before qualifying as a registered veterinary nurse in 2020, and joined our team in 2023. She has a real passion for emergency and critical care and anaesthesia, and loves the rewarding nature of out of hours work. In her own time, she enjoys riding her horse, going for walks in the country with her dogs and taking photos.

    Rebecca Hall

    Animal Care Assistant

    Having previously worked in customer service, joining the Nightingale team in 2023 allowed Rebecca to pursue her lifelong dream of working with pets. She has loved getting to develop new skills and support pets and their owners. In her spare time, she enjoys listening to audiobooks, creating artwork and looking after her dog, George.
